What you’ll need:
- 3 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in a cup of water overnight in the fridge
- 2 cups cubed watermelon without the seeds
- 1/4 cup crushed ice (optional)
What you’ll want to do:
- Soak the chia seeds in water for 12 hours in the fridge. The seeds will absorb the water and become gel-like and easy to drink
- Blend the watermelon and ice in a Nutribullet to get a juice
- Pour in a cup and stir in the soaked chia seeds
- Enjoy!
